Creating content isn’t always about entertaining or sales. Sometimes creating a video main purpose is customer service. Notion is a new company that has created a simple security sensor and app combo. They have been featured in Forbes, CNET and many other publications.
They tasked us with creating some videos to help customers walk through the install process. They found out a lot of their customers go their product as a gift or were of older age and had trouble following text instructions.
We helped create a simple script that was easy to follow and set out 2 shoot videos (one for IOS , one for Android users) in one day. They wanted it to have a bright and welcoming feel.
The videos have been very helpful for new customers and it drastically reduced the number of emails and calls they get about installation. Creating this type of video is easy, effective and most of all very affordable.
