A company profile video can be very helpful for your business. Most people spend less than a minute on average on any website, and if they can’t get a sense of who you are in that time, they most likely will leave. A company profile video can be anything you want it to be as long as it gives a clear message of who you are, what you do, and how you do it. These videos shouldn’t be overly long, and you should leave out extraneous details. You can always add more videos on your product or service pages that go into detail about one aspect. These videos are perfect right on the front page so visitors see it and watch it right away.

Intrex Aerospace is a company that builds parts for the military and even for the International Space Station. They tasked us with creating a short and simple video that shows potential clients what they do and how they do it.  We were given free rein of their location in Thorton Colorado with just a few requests.

When doing these videos information is key. We don’t know your business as well as you do, so we usually spend the first-day interviewing key personnel to get a sense of what is important. That doesn’t mean sometimes companies don’t have a specific vision for their company profile video, but often times conveying that in the video is not their forte, and that is why we are hired.

We often record these interviews even if we don’t actually use them in the final video. We do this because it’s nice to have the footage if it is needed and sometimes we just use good sound bites! We spent 2 days learning about Intrex Aerospace and filming their warehouse and machines. The end result was a video that was exactly what they wanted, even though they didn’t know how to convey it.

Not all company profile videos need to be vanilla and simple. It really depends on who your customers are and what fits them and your brand. Check out Intrex Aerospace’s website for more information about them and what they do.
