Silver and Smoke is an alternative rock band based out of Aurora Colorado. This was our 4th collaboration with them and a video based on SKA music, which is quite a departure from their normal style.
We wanted to capture a video that had that high energy anarchy feel of old punk videos. We teamed up with The Band Cave, a local spot that rents out spaces for bands to perform. We gathered up 20 or so of our closest friends, fed them tacos and beer and let the mayhem commence.
Creating a video that fits the style of the song and while also keeping in line with your brand identity is important. The video showcases that high energy humor we wanted and is just plain fun, which is what song itself was designed to do.
